The company's story began in 1987 when John started working alongside his father in the flooring industry, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills and work ethic that would define his career. In 1994, John established New England Flooring LLC, turning his passion for quality craftsmanship into a business dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Growing up around the trade, John's son Drew witnessed firsthand the dedication, pride, and commitment his father brought to every project. Inspired by that example, Drew began helping on job sites at a young age and officially joined the company full-time in 2016. Together, father and son have continued to grow New England Flooring while preserving the family values and attention to detail that have earned the trust of clients throughout Connecticut.

Today, New England Flooring proudly serves both residential and commercial clients, completing everything from luxury homes in Hartford and Fairfield Counties to large-scale institutional and government projects. Their portfolio includes work for Yale University, the University of Hartford, UConn, Eastern Connecticut State University, Southern Connecticut State University, Mitchell College, the Connecticut State Capitol and Legislative Office Buildings, as well as numerous commercial projects for leading organizations throughout the state. In addition to flooring and tile installation, the company provides demolition services, rubber gym flooring installation, turf field repairs, and a wide range of specialty surface solutions.
